Vanilla Leisure are pleased to offer a speedy and reliable delivery service across the UK, with all items dispatched from our UK-based online distribution centre.

Full delivery charges and information regarding your items will be displayed at check out, an outline of our delivery options is included below:

 

Delivery to the United Kingdom

Deliveries to the United Kingdom are fulfilled through a range of reputable courier companies including Royal Mail, GFS, and DHL/Hermes. You will receive a tracking number enabling you to follow the progress of your items upon placing an order. We now offer free 2-3 working day delivery for all orders over £50.

Delivery is available across the whole mainland United Kingdom including Northern Ireland. Please note however that delivery to the Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands + Isle of Man) is subject to a £10 delivery charge and not eligible for free delivery. Normal delivery times apply. We do not deliver to the British Overseas Territories (this includes Gibraltar).

In addition, shipments to remote regions such as islands or the Scottish Highlands may arrive slightly later than advertised in line with standard delivery times in these areas. A full list of postcodes subject to delay can be viewed by clicking here. Deliveries to mainland NI are not subject to delays.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

Unfortunately, due to the uncertainties surrounding Brexit we have decided to suspend sales outside the UK until further notice. We would like to thank our European customers for their support and hope we will be able to restore this service in the coming months.

 

 

Problem with your delivery?

Whilst the vast majority of Tamworth Camping orders are delivered on time, there can occasionally be issues with our courier partners which may result in your item being delayed or damaged in transit. If you have a problem with the delivery of your items please email us at sales@tamworthcamping.co.uk as soon as possible so we can assist you. Please include your name, order number and any other information you think is relevant and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation & Returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
Any product purchased through E-bay Auction listings.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery providing the goods are unused, in the original packaging and are resalable.  To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
